Professional Finance Officer (f/m/x)
We are looking for a
Professional Finance Officer who is proactive and solution oriented, as part of our RBI Retail Innovation team. You will take a role in the financial project-documentation of intra-group and lifecycle management-process for new group (software) solutions/ products. You will be part of state-of-the-art charging processes to provide full transparency to all stakeholders. Furthermore, you ensure full compliance to international and national invoicing rules.
You will be part of a highly skilled team in the area of transformation management and will collaborate strongly with our stakeholders in Head office (Vienna) and CEE.

What you can expect
- Prepare and communicate invoices to network units compliant to international and local standards (Ensure timely and complete invoicing)
- Ensure highest data quality in underlying tools (Cost/Benefit analysis, procurement system, SAP FI/CO)
- Assisting in data collection activity management, overseeing validation and control, and working to resolve issues prior to escalation.
- Direct communication with subject matter experts on all managerial levels to support sustainable alignments with all necessary stakeholders
- Support improvement of collaborative processes
- In depth understanding of accounting and controlling activities
- Technical understanding of latest trends in IT with focus on Cloud technology
- Good communication skills and supportive in an adaptive organization environment
- Structured working approach and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German
- Technical knowledge or Technical background will be appreciated
- Knowledge of tools QlikSense, PowerBI, Jedox, SAP FI

Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges startin from 60. 000 EUR/year (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
